Jason A. Pithie, Esq.

Founding partner and owner, Jason A. Pithie established Pithie & Associates, P.C. in 2005, following six years as an associate at the Law Offices of Robert Philip Hilson, P.C. in Hingham, MA. Prior to passing the Massachusetts bar in 1999, Attorney Pithie worked as both an administrative assistant and law clerk at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in Boston, while obtaining his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University in Boston.

Attorney Pithie is the principal owner of Pithie & Associates, P.C. and his particular areas of expertise focus on all aspects of construction, corporate and real estate litigation with clients ranging from general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, suppliers, real estate developers and commercial and residential property owners. Attorney Pithie also provides assistance with general estate planning and representation of buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He handles collection law for both commercial and private entities, representing a wide range of clients from small business owners to national surety companies. In his spare time, Jason is an avid baseball player and watcher, enjoys carpentry and home renovation projects, playing golf and spending time with his wife, Renee and their four children.

Howard N. Gorney, Esq.

Attorney Howard Gorney brings over 30 years of legal expertise and experience to our firm. Formerly senior counsel and partner at the Law Firm of Nixon Peabody, Attorney Gorney has represented both individual and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on commercial law. While at Nixon Peabody, Attorney Gorney was the Chairman of the Commercial Law Department as well as Chairman and Member of the Executive Committee. Attorney Gorney’s extensive legal experience includes representing both creditors and debtors in multi-million dollar Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Gorney has lectured on business and property law at Assumption College in Worcester, MA and contributed to a number of legal publications and journals. As a trained arbitrator and mediator, Attorney Gorney has a great deal of experience in alternative dispute resolution. Paige K. Zacharakis, Esq.

Attorney Paige K. Zacharakis is an Associate at Pithie & Associates and concentrates her practice in civil litigation.  She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2014 and Northeastern University School of Law in 2017 before being sworn into the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2017.

During Law School, Attorney Zacharakis worked as intern to Associate Justice David A. Lowy of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.  In addition, Attorney Zacharakis worked as a law clerk for Brody, Hardoon, Perkins, & Kesten in Boston, Law Offices of Lee Darst in Hingham, and The Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman in Boston.  Prior to graduation, Attorney Zacharakis was a practicing student attorney under SJC Rule 3:03 in Northeastern University School of Law’s Poverty Law Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to those in need in the Boston area.   Attorney Zacharakis has experience in a variety of legal fields, including, Municipal Law, Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Real Estate.  In her spare time, Paige can be found at Boston sporting events, reading (usually a biography or memoir), or at the yoga studio.

Judith Gaudreau

Legal Assistant and Billing Administrator
Judi handles a wide breadth of administrative duties, with a focus on offering administrative support to our associate attorneys. She also handles all of the billing for Pithie & Associates, P.C.  In addition to maintaining the billing and expense files for each client, she also manages all of the firm’s collections matters.
