Founding partner and owner, Jason A. Pithie established Pithie & Associates, P.C. in 2005, following six years as an associate at the Law Offices of Robert Philip Hilson, P.C. in Hingham, MA. Prior to passing the Massachusetts bar in 1999, Attorney Pithie worked as both an administrative assistant and law clerk at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in Boston, while obtaining his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University in Boston.

Attorney Pithie is the principal owner of Pithie & Associates, P.C. and his particular areas of expertise focus on all aspects of construction, corporate and real estate litigation with clients ranging from general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, suppliers, real estate developers and commercial and residential property owners. Attorney Pithie also provides assistance with general estate planning and representation of buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He handles collection law for both commercial and private entities, representing a wide range of clients from small business owners to national surety companies. In his spare time, Jason is an avid baseball player and watcher, enjoys carpentry and home renovation projects, playing golf and spending time with his wife, Renee and their four children.

Our administrative support staff has over 20 years combined experience working in the legal field. Each member of our support staff has individual expertise in particular aspects of Pithie & Associates, P.C.

Judith Gaudreau

Legal Assistant and Billing Administrator
Judi handles a wide breadth of administrative duties, with a focus on offering administrative support to our associate attorneys. She also handles all of the billing for Pithie & Associates, P.C.  In addition to maintaining the billing and expense files for each client, she also manages all of the firm’s collections matters. Rebecca Dawson

Office Manager/Law Clerk
Rebecca manages the responsibilities of day-to-day office administration and acts as law clerk to our attorneys.  She also has a background in marketing and communications through her work in the environmental public policy arena, and holds a master’s degree in that field from Tufts University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in history and literature from Harvard College.  She is a long-time alumni interviewer of candidates for admission to Harvard College, and in her spare time enjoys photography, cooking, gardening and keeping up with her three children’s various sports and activities.
