Jason A. Pithie, Esq.

Founding Partner & Owner

Jason established Pithie & Associates, P.C. in 2005 following six years as an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Robert Philip Hilson, P.C. in Hingham, MA. Prior to law school, he served as an administrative assistant and law clerk at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in Boston.

He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar (1999), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court. A graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, his practice focuses on construction, corporate, and real estate litigation; estate planning; and collection law.

In his spare time, Jason is the head football coach at Norwell High School and enjoys watching his four children compete in all forms of college and high school sport and spending time with his wife, Renee of 25 years.

Rebecca oversees day-to-day operations and serves as law clerk. She holds a master's degree in environmental public policy from Tufts University and a bachelor's degree from Harvard College, where she also serves as an alumni interviewer.

Getting Here

Look for a large white house with a circular driveway and flagpole on your right. Enter on the left side of the building via the ramp.

From the South

Take Route 3 North to Exit 15 (Hingham/Derby Street). Bear right off the exit and follow Derby Street into Weymouth — it becomes Ralph Talbot Street. Continue past the Nazarene Church and Weymouth Fire Department, then turn left at Pleasant Street and proceed uphill.

From the North

Take Route 3 South to Exit 16B, then follow Route 18 through the traffic lights. At the Park Avenue lights, turn left. Continue to the lights near Weymouth High School and turn right onto Pleasant Street heading uphill.
